Ul Certified Monitoring

Any alarm company can say that they have the best central station, but can they prove it?

The Five Diamond is the highest professional certification that is issued annually by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA). The prestigious Five Diamond award needs to be earned every year. The rigorous certification test for the Five Diamond requires that every operator at the central station pass a test for proficiency in the many phases of central station emergency service. Every operator at the central station must also demonstrate a high degree of knowledge in emergency codes, alarm verification, electronic communications, Underwriters Laboratories standards, and NFPA standards. In addition to this, the central station must show an exceptional level of responsibility with the local law enforcement and a dedication to reducing false alarms.

There are currently around 2,700 central stations in the United States. There are less than 100 Five Diamond certified stations nation wide.

UL Certified Monitoring – Central Station 24/7 Hour Monitoring
