Cancellation Terms:
- Right of Rescission (ROR) Period: Go Safer Security does not charge a penalty if the agreement is canceled during the Right of Rescission (ROR) period immediately following installation.
- Expired ROR Period: If the ROR period has expired, the customer is responsible for paying the outstanding balance in full. However, there is an option to transfer the account to an alternative candidate who agrees to takeover the agreement and associated amount.
- Special Circumstances: In cases of death, relocation, or bankruptcy, customers are advised to contact a Go Safer Security representative for assistance. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we are committed to addressing each case with care and consideration.
