1. Offer Period:

This promotional offer is valid from November 24, 2025 to December 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Promotional Period”).

This offer is available to:
- New Residential Customers.
- Existing Residential Customers who upgrade their current monitoring plan to a qualifying higher-tier plan (as defined by Go Safer Security sales team) for a new 36-month service agreement.
Customers who are past-due or in default on their existing Go Safer Security account are not eligible.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and be the legal homeowner.
Offer is valid only within Go Safer Security’s serviceable areas and is subject to credit approval.
This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.

Upon signing a qualifying Go Safer Security monitoring agreement, the customer is entitled to receive one (1) of the following smart home devices at no cost:
- One (1) Video Doorbell*
- One (1) Outdoor Security Camera*
- One (1) Smart Thermostat*
For New Customers: The 36-month agreement starts on the date of final installation.
For Existing Customers: The 36-month monitoring service agreement begins on the date the upgrade is executed, replacing any remaining term on their prior agreement.
The choice of device must be made at the time of sale and cannot be changed after the agreement is signed.
The offer is subject to device availability. Go Safer Security reserves the right to substitute a promotional item with another item of equal or greater value if the selected item is out of stock.
The promotional device has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products.

To qualify for this offer, customers must sign a 36-month monitoring service agreement with Go Safer Security.
Monthly monitoring rates apply, starting at $39.99 per month, plus applicable taxes and fees.
Early Termination: If the customer cancels the monitoring service agreement before the end of the initial term, they will be responsible for and billed the full retail value of the promotional device they received (approximate retail value: $399.00), in addition to any other applicable early termination fees as outlined in the service agreement. The promotional device remains the property of Go Safer Security until the service agreement term is completed.

The offer includes Standard Professional Installation for the selected device and the core security system.
“Standard Installation” is defined as the mounting of devices and connection to the main panel without the need for custom wiring, major structural alterations, or specialized equipment.
Any non-standard installation requirements (e.g., running wires through concrete, specialized electrical work) may incur additional charges, which will be quoted and agreed upon before work begins.

Go Safer Security reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
Offer is void where prohibited by law.
By participating in this offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Go Safer Security.
