Order Processing Time
All orders submitted before 2 PM Monday to Friday are promptly processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be dispatched the following day. Weekend or public holiday orders will be shipped from our warehouse on the next available business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Kindly note that once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Regrettably, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for covering these fees. We recommend consulting your local customs office before placing an order, as these charges can be significant, and we are unable to calculate them for you.
